De Twinsharp messenslijper is zeer eenvoudig te gebruiken: trek het mes in één vloeiende beweging door de slijper naar je toe zonder al te veel druk uit te oefenen op het mes. Herhaal dit enkele keren en je mes is weer helemaal scherp! Zelfs het beste mes verliest in de loop der tijd aan scherpte. Met het geschikte slijpgereedschap van ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS en correct onderhoud hoeft dat geen probleem te zijn.
